私隱政策
以下列明信興電器貿易有限公司（以下簡稱「本公司」）在個人資料（私隱）條例（以下簡稱「本條例」）下之政策及實務。閣下登入本公司的網站，即代表閣下接受列於本政策，並由本公司決定不時更改的私隱政策及安排。
1. 收集資料的目的
為求不斷改善本公司的產品及服務質素及進一步了解客戶的需要，本公司或會要求閣下提供有關的個人資料、聯絡方法及其他相關資料。如有關個人資料並不完整或不正確，本公司可能無法向閣下提供或繼續提供有關服務。

當得到閣下的同意後，本公司擬使用閣下的個人資料包括姓氏、名字、地址、電話號碼、手提電話號碼、傳真機號碼及電郵地址，並透過郵寄、電郵、電話營銷、傳真或短訊作以下直接促銷用途：
- 本公司及信興電業集團有限公司之附屬公司及聯營公司提供有關電子及電器用品、保健及美容產品、家庭用品、家具及布置、浴室裝置及潔具、攝影及光學器材、照明產品及運動用品的產品及服務；
- 本公司及信興電業集團有限公司之附屬公司及聯營公司的活動、優惠、新聞資訊及禮品兌換；
- 本公司及信興電業集團有限公司之附屬公司及聯營公司的會員計劃。
本公司可能轉移及披露閣下的個人資料予以上第2項所述的受讓人。

4. 資料之保安

This privacy policy sets out the obligations and policies of Shun Hing Electronic Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'SHET', 'the company', 'us', 'we' or 'our') under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the 'Ordinance'). By visiting our web site, customers are deemed to agree to the policies and practices described in this privacy policy as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.
1. Purpose of Data Collection
In order to improve our products and services continuously and to further understand the needs of our customers, we may ask customers to provide us with their personal data, contact details and other relevant information. If your personal data is incomplete or incorrect, we may not be able to provide or continue to provide our services to you.

4. Data Security
Our company will maintain your personal data securely in our system. Only authorized staff, who has been properly trained, will be permitted to access to such personal data. We will also ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.
5. "Cookies"
"Cookies" is small computer files stored in user's web browser to store information about user's browsing preferences and history while browsing a website. It helps user to navigate the website efficiently, enhancing usability or site processes.
